How an episode works
- Routine duty. The ship is on station and your crew is at work. Fly anywhere, scan anything.
- Something happens. A signal, a wreck, a ship on the run. You can decline, and that has consequences too.
- You decide. Your officers argue their side. There is no right answer marked on a menu, only what you say.
Episodes last 25 to 35 minutes. More arrive with Early Access updates: about 100 missions are planned, across the whole galaxy.
Alien encounters through an imperfect translator
Out there you meet the species of the Planetary Union and the powers beyond it. You speak; the translator does its best. Not everything comes across.
Write your own
Every episode is a single data file in an open format. See how a mission is made, and how your own story and ship will live on in the galaxy.
